Emily's Tale

This is my sister Cindy, her husband, and twin boys, right after the boys were baptized. Here's how it went: Saturday morning, We all get dressed in our church clothes. I put Emily's dress and shoes on her, do hair, etc. She's so adorable! I buckle up Emily in her car seat, load up the rest of the kids in the 'burb, and hit the road for Mesa. We arrive at the church in the nick of time, my kids are a little hyper. Emily is so excited to see the family, she goes into "animal mode" and visits the laps of my brother, niece, and my sister's SIL. It's a lovely baptism. We go to Cindy's afterwards and I help the kids change into regular clothes. When I take off Em's dress, she's wearing a tail. An 18 inch, black velvet puffy cat tail with an elastic strap that goes around her waste. She put it on before we left our house, and had been sporting it around the church, unbeknown to me. It was just hilarious, and not that surprising, coming from her! I love my kids!
