Wind

It is not uncommon to see trampolines thrown around town after one of our "windy" days. Yesterday was no exception. Sections of our neighbor's metal roof were ripped off when church was over, dresses and skirts were flying up, and the sky filled with tumbleweeds and topsoil. When it was close to bedtime, Emily came to tell us there were monsters in her bedroom being really loud. We went to check it out, and heard the terrible hissing and rubbing of wind against the vinyl siding of the house. The wind pulled out several of the nails, and the wave effect was quite a sight! The kids ended up sleeping in our room, because the noise was so loud!

Oh, how I do NOT miss that wind! A "windy day" here in Logan is if you walk outside and your hair barely moves--it's so nice! When are we going camping?--my kids are dying!

I know, the wind is definately annoying. It kills me. I hope it didn't do to much damage.
