One of Caleb's favorite gifts is his Air Hogs helicopter. He's had so much fun with it, I can't believe it's still in one
piece!

Jason thought Brooklyn's robot kitty was very cool. He sent a creepy video of it hissing to some of his friends! Brooklyn's zebra umbrella became quite the desired item between her and Emily. That's all I will say about that!

Wyatt actually slept in! By the time he woke up, most of the opening was done. He was so amazed at everything that was going on and he loved finding
dropped candy from the kids!

Emily was so excited! She played in her new princess dress all day. When you ask her what she got from Santa, she'll tell you all about her "Barbie Butterfly"!

This was the first year the kids woke up early. In the past, Jason and I have had to wake them up. They were so good and happy. On some of the gifts we put "from the chickens" or one of the other pets. The kids get a big kick out of it. Brooklyn asked "How did Polka Dot know I wanted this?!!" I think it's pretty funny. We had such a nice morning. I made a yummy breakfast and everyone just played together. I really enjoyed my massaging slippers with flashlight toes, and Jason was thrilled to assemble his lower receiver for some gun! Jason cannot carry a tune, which I think is so sweet because he still sings his heart out with the kids. We sang a few songs and read one of my favorite children's Christmas books "This Is The Stable". Jason was on-call for work, but thanks to the bad weather they
didn't fly. It was such a blessing that he didn't have to go in. I love my family!

Yeah! Glad to hear it was a good one! I loved hearing Brooklyns sweet message on my phone-it made me choke up! Our Christmas morn was great too, in fact, so great, I forgot all about taking pics!
