We came home from the hospital while my sister had the kids at church. This was perfect timing, we had a few moments of peace and quiet, which we know is priceless! Emily and Wyatt were so enchanted with baby Porter. Wyatt brought him toy hammers, because that's what every boy needs. He wanted to hold him, but quickly gave him back to me when the baby started to cry. Emily would sing to my belly while I was pregnant, so she immediately began singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star when Porter fussed. She'll sing it over and over and over.
It does calm him down!
The kids were so good, Cindy had dinner in the crock pot, coming home was awesome!
